The "lychee" is present to give the rose a rounded, fruity touch, but to my nose it contributes to the sourness. First off, I am so sick of perfume snobs leaving negative reviews about perfumes because they smell too "clean" or "common" or this or that. This is due to the time difference between North America and Italy, where most of our items are shipped from. Pursuing its initiatives towards a lower impact on the environment, recycled materials now represent 25% of the glass and 40% of the cardboard used for the box. The rose is predominant, light and delicate, with the presence of a sour litchi but at the same time sweet and not annoying, indeed gives an extra edge to the scent.

I can see how others could love this and have a different reaction entirely, but I’m shocked to see so many people refer to it as the perfect office perfume, because it isn’t. The airy, flirtatious, head notes drift away to reveal the heady magnolia and lily of the valley, as well as subtle intimations of warm amber and elegant cedarwood. I like it very much and still wear it to remind myself that how beautiful itself is, just in being a girl.

While it may not be groundbreaking, it's a pleasant and easy-to-wear scent that's perfect for everyday wear. It is the second perfume with rose in it and I just know for sure it is not for me in any way shape or form and I would do best if I avoid it altogether, but I can see why it would be great for somebody else. So what if I may smell "common" and/or too "clean" to certain individuals, and my perfume might be worn by a neighbor, and Chandler Burr hates it (the dude loves Tommy Girl, one of the most "common", "clean" scents ever made).
